POSITION: SALES TRAINING MANAGER

- Work location: Ho Chi Minh City
- Working day: Monday - Friday
- Salary: Negotiate

MAIN DUTIES:

Building capabilities of all commercial employees and ensure on field coaching implemented successfully. This position is reported to Commercial Director.

1. Planning and management
• Building a TNA (Training Need Analysis) system and develop a Training Master Plan for the whole Commercial department
• Building up the core curriculum for each position and the assessment system
• Manage the budget of Commercial training

2. Building and develop capabilities of all commercial employees
• Develop sales training department to meet the needs of Commercial a new market trend and organization strategy
• Outsource training providers or internal sources for quality training deliveries
• Coach sales trainer how to coach sales people and coach Sales Managers and Superintendents on field
• Conduct internal training as requested
• Consult Sales Managers and Sales Superintendents to develop their teams performance.

3. Create the motivation for the whole commercial department
• Build up the motivation plan and ensure successful implementation.
• Facilitate the communication workshop to ensure the department objectives clearly communicated to front line
• Develop and conduct “show & share” activity to increase the knowledge transfer and collaboration among functions

4. Being a role Academy Lead for regional projects related to capability building
• Ensure full implementation of field coaching.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Head of Commercial capability building
• Follow up the initiates related to Commercial capability building and update to Regional Head

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 5 years in Commercial department with 3 years in SALES TRAINING and development i.e. coaching and training.
• Above 3 years in Managerial level with leadership skills, collaboration, consultancy and planning.
• Have working experience in multinational companies is preferable.
• Good command of English
