Mô tả công việc

* Purpose:
- Lead the GT/WS - Sales Trainer teams to Train/Coach to fullfill/develop Sales Sup/SR Capabilities
- Cascade the Sales KPI/Business Factors Execution to Sales team frontline & guide them to execute & perform well
- Build the successor team: Sales Trainer & TSM to develop the Best & Right people to develop the business suitanable

* You will report to Commercial Capability Development Manager
* Internal interaction with Line manager, HO team ( ME HO/SFA/SFE/RTM team, HRBP, HO Procurement/Finance team)

* Job description:
+ Classroom training:
- Proposal the Training Activities to CCD & control the cost as the approval
- Work with HR, Finance, Procurement to order the Training Service as the company process
- DO Organize training for all Sales Reps (New, refresh, low performance focus On Board, Basic Selling Skills, Merchandising, Daily Routine...) as the Calendar align with CCD & Sales team (RCM/R.MEM/ASM)
- Work with Sales team to define the Modules needed, then create the Training modules material.
- Coordinate with RCM/R.MEM & CCD to follow up with the Master Training Plan.
- Ensure to track & update the MASTER TRAINING by People, by courses, by modules…

+ Field Coaching:
- Improve the Execution score: Strike Rate, Sku/order, Cooler Purity…
- Do Coaching On Field for Sales Sup together with Sales Reps (New, refresh, low performance) as the Calendar align with CCD & Sales team (RCM/R.MEM/ASM).
- Report to RCM/R.MEM/ASM to highlight the execution isues & follow to improve

+Saturday Training (7T):
- Build the 7T Material modules relate to the business requirement, KPI improvement, New SKUs, New Campage, New Routine & Policy…
- Acting Facilitator/support Sales Trainer to train Nationwide via online training: Workplace/BlueJean..
- Report to RCM/R.MEM/ASM & Board director the weekly performance to highlight good points & the improvement points

+ Digital Training:
- Work with agency to Build the Digital Material modules relate to the business requirement, KPI improvement, New SKUs, New Campage, New Routine & Policy…
- Ensure the Sales team frontline to learn & use the Digital Training
- Report to RCM/R.MEM/ASM & Board director the weekly performance to highlight good points & the improvement points.

+ People Development
- Develop SR to be ready for Sales Sup
- Develop TSM to be ready for Sales Trainer/ASM

+ Project Management & Other Tasks:
- Do Selling Story to support Line manager & Business requirement as request adhoc

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirements:
- University / Bachelor’s degree is required
- At least 5 years experience in FMCG, beverage industry is preferable
- At least 3 years in managerial position in FMCG company, training related is preferable
- Sales skill, Communication skill, Collaboration skill, Train the Trainer, Facilitation skill, Time management, Problem Solving, Project management, Leadership
- Computer literate (MS Office) - expect EXCEL Intermediate level
- English - Expect Communication & Writing Intermediate level
