This position is responsible for supporting Head of National Sales Training & Capability to manage Sales Training & Capability Department in planning, supporting Sales teams by developing and implementing coaching and training programs for delivery to all sales in order to up-skill the function and drive business growth, achievements of targets, support for all levels in Sales team.
- Conduct TNA in coordination with Talent Development – HR and propose training solutions to build in annual training plan; follow up, take initiatives all training plan to Sales team at all level to enhance Salesforce performance.
- Own the Sales On boarding process and implementation, ensuring that every new joiner receive the relevant On boarding before and while handling the new role.
- Developing and implementing Sales training planning for Sales team at all levels, including all learning and development related plans, working collaboratively with key stake holders to meet the desired outcomes.
- Building and developing training material for all level of Sales Team to improve their skill and knowledge to achieve business results.
- Responsible for field coaching program in the region and conduct routine assessments to ensure its effectiveness.
- Well align with Head Office of engagement and promotional activities
- Contribute and implement key working processes to ensure its fully compliance
- Make a clear action plan for each of region/ area/ agent/ individual for improving and follow up this improvement.
- Specific task to enhance training mindset to all Sales team which I will take lead by development and together with manager train sales team.
- Support RSM/ASM/SS on field training to improve capability through process how to convince, execute visibility for SR and process training for SS and check the office training to improve planning & data analysis.
- Define and execute an effective capability roadmap that is aligned with Sales strategy, business direction and priorities for GT Salesforce to address required competencies, skills and knowledge
- Successfully develop and implement annual plan to address and enhance required skills, knowledge and competencies.
- Design, develop and implement training programs and curriculum to address the needs and competencies identified in coordination with internal and external parties.
- Plan and manage the overall training and development activities by ensuring effective plan implementation within agreed timeline and with high quality.
- Maintain accuracy of the training records for the assigned area of the Grocery Salesforce.
- Establish mechanics to ensure best practices are captured, shared, adapted and implemented where appropriate.
- Counsel with sales line management and provide advice on appropriate learning interventions/solutions.
- Periodically review and revise related training materials and content in line with company curriculum and standards.
- Complete daily and monthly report.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing or other related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG field (especially in General Trade Channel)
- Solid background in FMCG Sales is a must
- Good knowledge in Marketing and Trade Marketing
- Working as a RSM or above from large FMCG Company is preferable
- Strong command in English both written and spoken
- Attention to details; result oriented, team player, good problem solving
- Presentation skills & training in performance management & development
- Ability to travel from time to time
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG field (especially in General Trade Channel)
