Sales Trainer

Function: Sales
Department: Sales Capability & Training

Purpose:
• To improve capability and develop career path for field sales
• To ensure good Sales execution as company process
• To improve sales operational efficiency

Reporting line: Reports to Sales Training and Capability Manager

Key Accountabilities/ Job Description:

1. Support Qualification Process and keep track sales capability in region.
2. To ensure smooth and full application of selling process (Sales Routine – PSF – EDAC ) from field sales forces (SR, FS)

3. Good at business inside to define opportunities, TNAs and then co-operate with sales leader to enhance sales improvement in the assigned region in term of coverage, distribution, visibility.

4. Train to sales forces (SR,FS) skills, processes of company to ensure they apply well on their daily work
5. On boarding for New FS – RSM
6. Support training campaign of region

- College/university graduation or above
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Sales training of FMCG
- ASM position previously is plus
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good computerized literacy (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
