Mô tả công việc
• Sales and business management of the Group to ensure the assigned business plan.
• Looking for customers with logistics service needs (international freight, customs clearance, domestic transportation, warehousing, port services)
• Establish relationships and identify customer needs
• Sales and maintenance of service expansion for customers
• Coordinate with operational departments to execute and track customer orders, update customer-related information in a timely manner
• Actively seek knowledge and find suppliers for new services
• Making business plans, reporting work progress, proposing new business plans.
• Follow up customer debt
• Build a new team, training new employees, searching and recruiting employees according to the work needs of the group.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Foreign language: English IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, speaking Chinese is an advantage
- Skills in planning, working programs and implementing plans.
- Skills in organizing, assigning, arranging and arranging work, knowing how to set priority and important work characteristics.
- Skills in analyzing, synthesizing, evaluating and detecting risk problems, finding root causes of problems to propose suitable solutions.
- Communication and persuasion skills.
- Teamwork skills, conflict resolution and internal conflicts.

- Understand and have business acumen.

- At least 2 years of experience in business/operational positions working in logistics enterprises
