Sales Team Leader Investment and Immigration in Europe, Canada

- Motivating and driving Sales team to achieve the best results possible
- Setting activities and revenue targets for members of sales team
- Regularly conducting training and development for all members of Sales department
- Attending key meetings with members of sales team
- Working on account management plans with Business Development director
- Identifying key areas for improvement in sales process
- Spotting market opportunities for new customers
- Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business
- Carrying on all aspects of recruitment and selection for sales department
- Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
- Acting as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales events and conferences
- Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances

• Education level: College/Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration;
• Extensive knowledge of high-end products and solid experience in dealing with VIP & HNWI;
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese;
• Prefer candidates experienced in Immigration industry, min 1 years experience
• Good English skills is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly about many different products;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, under high pressure and with tight deadlines;
• Ready to commit and to reach sales targets;
• Analytical, flexible, eager to learn, hard-working, efficient, dynamic, ambitious.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Contract duration: 1 year renewable;
• Probation period: 2 months;
• Salary: negotiable based on candidate’s experience;
