• Manage our Sales Team (of 3 team members)
• Making Sales strategy and plan to execute sales effectively
• Coordinate online and offline sales channels; tracking and improving conversion rates
• Working with Marketing team to increase number of customer
• Training for team members to sharpen their skills
• Report directly to CEO about sales status and plan.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5 years of experience in being a sales team leader
• Proven sales skills
• Knowledge in IT field, about our products is a PLUS
• Experience in working for education is a PLUS
• Fluent in English
• Strong ability to set-up, maintain & strengthen sales network
• Strong leadership and problem solving skill
