Sales Support Officer

Sales Support Officer will report to Sales Manager and will be responsible for the followings:
• Coordinate with Group of Customer.
• Apply for credit approval or revised credit (new customer / old customer).
• Make a quotation.
• Follow up the order with customers and sales staff.
• Ordering system taking care.
• Summary of sales by their achieved target / total sales each week each month.
• Coordination with various departments within the organization.
• Make memo, such as customer commission and other memo documents of the Salesman.
• Sales documents collecting.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred candidates to be:
1. Bachelor Degree in related field.
2. Experience Coordinate with sales team for at least 1 year.
3. Can work as a team.
4. Service mind.
5. Able to work under pressure.
