Working place: Gebruder Weiss Co., ltd – Ho Chi Minh Office.
Address: 9th Floor, HD Tower, 25bis, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Dist 1.
Working time: From 8.30am to 5.30pm – from Monday to Friday
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•Generate monthly sales reports for Singapore & Vietnam Business Development managers as well as any reports assigned by supervisor.
•Maintaining well-organized files and records of certain business activities (assigned by supervisor) for reports.
•Keeping special trade lane, or project development lanes databases up to date.
•Deliver and present market research data / reports as required by management.
•Participating in internal sales department meetings and taking meeting minutes.
•Responsible for company campaigns & marketing project related to the sales departments of both Vietnam and Singapore.
•Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors for sales related marketing plans.
•Be at the ready for any other sales department supporting tasks that are required for both Vietnam and Singapore.
•Other additional tasks / project assigned by the supervisor.

•Fluent in English written and spoken
•Good Adaptability in a new environment / multi-cultural working surroundings
•Minimum 1~3 years’ experience in the logistics field
•Good listening, communicational and interpersonal skills
