Sales Support

*** The Sales Support Role:
- As a Sales Manager you are a core part of our growth & development strategy and are the face of our brand to our wholesale customers.
- The role involves working closely with our sales, brewery, and taproom teams to support the sales process for both the wholesale and taproom. Many areas of support cross multiple teams/roles.
- We’re planning for rapid growth and expansion with an initial focus on Saigon, but plan to expand within Vietnam and regionally within one year – this is a role that you can help define and will offer you the chance to focus on our core local market of Saigon or, if you choose, to travel and help open up new markets within Vietnam and regionally.

*** Key Responsibilities:
- Product knowledge – become an expert on the beers Winking Seal Beer Co. produces and understand the process of creating craft beer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners including the owners, management, purchasing/accounting and customer care staff.
- Ensure wholesale partners have all marketing materials needed.
- Manage all aspects of product delivery including but not limited to receiving orders, invoicing, delivery and billing.
- Work with accountants/book keepers to ensure VAT invoices are completed accurately and on time.
- Forecasting tools updated weekly– in order for the brewery to know what to brew and for us to know what we have to offer, we must maintain our brewery forecasting tool with updated past sales data and best estimated future demand 3 months out at a minimum. This is a collaborative task with the sales team members.
- Work closely with all members of Winking Seal Beer Co. including the brewery team, the taproom team and the management team.
- Based on the training and guides we will provide to become fluent and self-sufficient in using our backend business management, finance, and sales forecasting systems.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining calmness, composure and a sense of humor.
- Ability to lift packaged product across storage facilities (up to 30L kegs).
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations while maintaining the highest quality of product and other established standards.
- Flexibility with schedule requirements.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).
