Mô tả công việc
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist Relationship Managers to handle customer relationship in day to day transactions.
2. Take calls and mails actively under the structured/ agreed plan with Relationship Managers where appropriate.
3. Responsible for the delivery of administration and related support services for the handling of
a. execution of documentation
b. set-up of limits
c. draw down requests and stimulation of utilization
d. facilitating required document flow
e. interest rate setting
f. funding arrangements
g. payment and prepayments and information to financial markets
h. resolution of exceptions
4. Ensure customer records and transaction are recorded/ processed on the system in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Other tasks as assigned by Head of Corporate Banking.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in finance, banking, economics or related fields
• At least 3 years’ experience in supporting to Relationship Managers
• Good understanding in banking business and operation
• Sufficient understanding on banking regulations and products
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within the team
• Flexible, responsive and customer oriented
• Willing to learn
