Sales Support

Responsibilities:
1. Declare the customs declaration (import and export customs declaration);
2. Work and negotiate with Customs Clearance Agents to guarantee cost efficiency;
3. Responsible for all related documents, procedures, process in receiving shipment on time, efficiently;
4. Following up the shipments and update to customer/agent, solve arising issues;
5. Contacting oversea agent and shipper to arrange shipments smoothly;
6. Working with truckers, forwarders and transportation services;
7. Deal with all issue related to import-export activities;
8. Coordinate with Group of Customer;
9. Apply for credit approval or revised credit (new customer/ old customer);
10. Follow up the order with customers and sales staff;
11. Ordering system taking care;
12. Summary of sales by their achieved target / total sales each week each month;
13. Coordination with various departments within the organization;
14. Make memo, such as customer commission and other memo documents of the Salesman.
15. Sales documents collecting;
16. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s/College's Degree in a business field such as Import – Export, Logistics, Economics, Foreign Economics, Foreign Trade;
2. Well-understood about the customs regulation;
3. Can work as a team;
4. Service mind;
5. Able to work under pressure.
