- Responsible for maintaining the support function to sales to all aspects related to regular orders and administrative works
- Receive purchase order / sales order from sales team or customer then proceed those orders with appropriate departments.
- Compose all docs for approval, quotation, contracts.
- Support other teams to generate business
- Document filling and other tasks assigned by manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Fluent in English, Chinese is an advantage
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
- At least 1 year in sales admin/ sales support/ customer care in distribution companies.
- Telemarketing experience is preferred.
- Dynamic & Proactive / Strong in communication / Can work in high pressure
- Be conscientious about deadlines & meeting them
- Be able to work independently as well as good teamwork spirit
- Willing to work after office hour due to the job nature of operation in case it needs.
- Fluent in English, Chinese is an advantage
