Mô tả công việc
- Input customers’ purchase requests into SAP system. Collaborate with Supply Chain team and Regional Product Management to follow up production schedules, product availability and delivery schedules.
- Consolidate monthly sales forecast for the entire business unit.
- Maintain prices and commercial terms (e.g. Incoterms) in systems.
- Input customer complaints into system.
- Handle requests for new material codes.
- Handle new customer registration process.
- Input sample orders into system.
- Provide customers relevant certifications such as technical data sheets, material safety data sheet.
- Complete supplier surveys required by customers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Third or last year students, majoring in Commercial, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Chemistry or related fields.
- Great communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Good computer skills.
Internship allowance: VND 7,000,000 gross/ month/full time
Duration: flexible term from 3 to 6 months (with at least 3 months full time)
