Sales Support (Fresh Graduated)

- Prepare document, Sample, Catalogue for Sales Team/ Sales Manager.
- Support Sales team/ Sales Manager to create item/business partner on company system
- Utilize SAP system and arrange all necessary steps on time
- Follow up sales order from sales and proceed all necessary steps such as contracts
- Monitor and manage overdue status for on time payment, monthly sale records
- Monthly report about Purchase - Sale - Inventory, Profit and Loss
- Budget Plan preparation of the fiscal year
- Support other report as assigned by Manager/Director on time
- Supporting to get Rosh, Reach, Test report and related documents
- Supporting to check sales contract

• Bachelor degree in Economics.
• No working experience is required
• Fresh candidates are welcomed and will be trained on the job
• Good communication of English.
• SAP system knowledge is preferable.
• Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
• Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure
• Be dependable and truthful
