Be responsible for:
- Translating the sales contract/agreement of finished goods and discussing with Corporate legal for review and approval
- Following up sales contract and shipping documents of feed oil
- Updating sales, credit, aging report and extending the sales contract/order of IEU or Modern Trade channel
- Updating yearly, monthly and weekly sales expenses
- Updating monthly rolling sales forecast based on budgeted yearly target
- Communicating with related departments and sellers to prepare documents for shipment arrival
- Updating weekly/daily delivery schedule to related departments
- Summarizing monthly, weekly Trade promotion, Marketing support
- Announcing the price, trade rebate to the customers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 02 years' experience working in FMCG
- Experience in paper work related to sales support and or customer service from food industry
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is an advance
- Good computer skills
- Can work under pressure
