Mô tả công việc
• Shipment coordination with suppliers, vendors (3rd party logistics) and customers
• Provide support for marketing and events coordination
• Prepare price list and quotation to customers
• Prepare and review all the terms for sales contract and purchase order (both local and overseas)
• Manage sales team’s inquiries such as stock availability
• Coordinate supplier lead time and customers delivery order to ensure timely stock arrival; follow up till full payment received
• Maintain standing and blanket orders of key account customers
• Application and renewal of regulatory authorities’ licenses (MOH import license for medical device, VARANS license etc.)
• Inventory management – Maintain and ensure accuracy of inventory movements
• Ensure proper record filing and documentation
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to management or government, or whenever necessary
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree in Business Administration or related qualifications
• 2 years of sales support experience, with prior experience in trading or distributor environment and knowledge in shipping/freight
• An organized, meticulous and disciplined person with a good eye for details
• Able to work in teams as well as independently
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Trade Facilities like Letter of Credit is advantageous
• Able to work at Tan Binh District
