Job objectives
• Responsible for managing the Sales Support team, and working together with Sales Managers/ Representatives in the local office, and other Sales Support Managers in the Groz-Beckert organization.
Key responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day sales support activities, ensuring high responsiveness on customer inquiries, requests and orders, with a focus on customer success and satisfaction, retention, and team productivity.
• Handle and resolve complex customer requests and complaints, and where required, support sales managers and representatives with their sales campaigns and customer initiatives.
• Report to local management on customer service-related issues, and order fulfilment incidents that require investigation and resolution with customers, and review of sales processes.
• Initiate, manage and maintain healthy relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders including, but not limited to: other sales support colleagues, SAP and IT team members, sales division heads, and planning department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures and finance compliance guidelines.
• Analyse and manage key performance indicators, reporting to local & regional management on key targets and attainments, and provide action plans to foster continuous process optimization and improved customer service.
• Make recommendations to regional sales support manager that will enhance or improve sales support functions including, but not limited to: sales processes, team operations, work assignments, performance appraisals, ongoing education and training for the sales support team.
• Work with regional sales support manager on special projects and provide objective feedback relative to new or existing sales processes. Will provide insightful feedback that will assist the central sales support managers with the roll-out of new or existing sales processes.
Additional:
• Provide a high level of product and leadership support to sales managers/ representatives and customers.
• Participate in customer visits and negotiations where requested.
• Travel to regional headquarters in Singapore and Germany headquarters for trainings and meetings

Job Requirement:
University or College degree in Business, Economy or related field.
At least 3 to 5 years proven experience in sales development within a foreign company in Hong Kong, preferable in the Knitting/Garment Industry.
Good connection within the Hong Kong garment industry and with the big international fashion preferred
Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
Knowledge of structuring sales goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning sales strategies.
Excellent English language skills both written and orally.
University or College degree in Business, Economy or related field.
