Sales Support - Customer Service (For Solar Turbines Business)

Responsibilities Summary:
I. Customer Service
1) Support for implementing customer's contracts
- Record and follow up contracts from starting to the end
- Check the opening of bid bond, L/C
- Work with Principals for shipment as terms
- Check and advise import-export documents, alert Principals when having errors missing, especially accuracy of payment documents compared to terms in L/C
- Contact to banks for bill issues and payment documents
- Support for local training class (logistics, facilities, proposal)

2) Following up payments for invoices in Vietnam
- Receive invoices from customer. Update and record in files, then send original invoices for customers
- Receive statement of Account monthly, record and check payment
- Update payment status and solve problems if any

3) Logistic support for business trip
- Collect information about business trip detail schedule from Sales/Principle, coordinate with team to finalize logistics support (VOA, Immigration support, transportation, hotel, restaurant reservation…)
- Main contact point for cars arrangement, finalize driver schedule;
- Information support during business trip.

II. Power Generation and O&G New Sales
1) Support preparing bidding documents
2) Following up payments

III. Other tasks: assigned by Line Manager
1) Support for events
2) Contribute and update TTT company profile
3) Generate customer organization chart

Education: Graduated from Foreign Trade University, Economics University majoring in International Business Economics or Import – Export Operation
Experience: At least 3 years of sales support experience in oil and gas, import and export
