- Manage salesman and sub-distributors including sales achievement, visit schedule, call cycle, distribution and merchandising quality
- Visit and manage target in responsible area : sales monitoring, stock checking, propose and implement promotion activity and reporting to manager
- Problem solving in sales team, subdist and outlets including listing product, display and how to increase or achieve target
- Training and coaching sales team with proper way of working

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Having experience to sell FMCG products more than 3 years and Having experience as sales supervisor in FMCG company minimum 1 years.
- Prefer candidate who has experience in the same industry (F&B)
- Can speak English it would be advantage
