❖ Account Development
- Acquire new local KA (HORECA channel)
- Plan marketing activity calendar with customers to execute in outlet activities
- Manage distribution & availability
- Update information of customers
❖ Order generation
- Achieved Sales target
- Monitor volume growth
- Resolve customer complaints
❖ Instore execution & Asset Management
- Manage implementation of Channel plans as per defined PicOS
- Manage & align on contract & activation plan
- Manage & align company's assets compliance in the outlet execution plan
❖ People development
- Recruit & select sales staffs
- Train & coach staffs
- Maintain staff discipline

Yêu cầu ứng viên
✓ College degree (Bachelor’s degree is preferred)
✓ At least three-year experience in FMCG
✓ Good command of English
✓ Planning & problem solving skill
✓ Basic computer skill: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
✓ Interpersonal skill
✓ Result- oriented
