Mô tả công việc
- Achievement sales targets set by Management as well as fulfil growth targets for volume and market share for Sales Department.
- Conduct sales planning and follow up in line with company sales targets, objectives and strategies.
- Overall responsibility for the Sales and Business Development activities in Air/Ocean freight, Trucking, Customs Brokerage and value added service.
- Coach, lead and motivate sales staff to reach personal and departmental.
- Perform market research and analysis, develop and implement strategy, communicate company policy to sales team.
- Calculate and submit quotations and tenders efficiently and follow-up accordingly.
- Penetrate potential and existing customers to maintain, grow and secure more business.
- Handle customer's inquiries and provide service after sales.
- Following up with overseas agents or branches for rate enquired and shipment arrangement.
- Establishing, maintain and build up good relationship with carriers, co-loaders, and other vendors to obtain the lowest cost & better service.
- Assistance other departments when are required such as debtor’s collection, problematic customers, etc.
- Strictly follow company guidelines and policies.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 year experience as the same position in freight forwarding.
- Good knowledge of international and domestic freight forwarding and logistics.
- Business English communication: speaking and writing fluently.
- Good skill of communication, negotiation, trouble-shooting, customer service…
- Organized, committed, quick, accurate and flexible.
