Report to: SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a passionate and potential Sales Supervisor candidate to join and build up the strength of Sales & Marketing team. You are will be provided with a comprehensive and intensive training program to adapt the job.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of client and market needs.
- Identifies client needs and utilize in-depth product knowledge to prepare winning proposals.
- Convincingly presents proposals over the phone and in person during site inspections and appointments.
- Handle objections and resolve client problems.
- Establish relationship with associations/business organizations.
- Active prospection: Search, identify, find, study and qualify new prospects and new prospection sources.
- Active prospection: Visit, meet and present our offer to new prospects and new prospection sources.
- Study, develop, prepare and master all sales materials and tools professionally.
- Active participation in all promotion work; attend events, help to hold shows and events.
- Assist to investigate, clarify, summarize, recommend on: Boat registration types, boat driving licenses types, navigation rules (river, coast, open sea), safety rules…
- Coordinate with other team members for river trials & site inspections, ensure high quality, impeccable service and experience is provided.
- Promotes Tam Son Yachting as often as possible through entertaining, conduction, site inspections, presentation, etc., of the company.
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Be ready to travel for business trips to create the relationship with clients/ customers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer .information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits .and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Advise on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Place or cancel orders.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunction.
- Handle product recalls.
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Sell products and services.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Close out or open call records.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Read from scripts.
- Handle changes in policies or renewals.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Maintain organization through time management, setting priorities, and accurate paperwork.
- Work with accountant to collect payments and keeps accounts receivables up to date.
- Follow up the policies and processes requested.
OTHER
- Attend applicable meetings as designated or necessary.
- Other related tasks assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
• University graduate.
• Be At least 2 year working experiences in project sales/marketing, preferably auto industry background;
• Be able to build up and develop good relationship with potential customers.
• Be Mature, independent and suitable with a dynamic environment;
• Be Good command of English and MS Office.
• Be active and honest attitude.
• “To do” and flexible attitude.
• Be good B2B, B2C selling skills; other skills including:
