1. Mục đích công việc - Role Objective:
- The sales supervisor primary objective is to increase the company's sales by finding out the initiatives and sales procedures.
- The sales supervisor has to do reducing the uncollect revenue, reducing the rejection from social medical insurance
2. Trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ chủ yếu - Principal Duties & Key Tasks
2.1 Trách nhiệm - Responsibilities
- The sales supervisor needs to have good knowledge of social health insurance, experience of hospital sales management.
- The sales supervisor needs to have abilities to train staff to understand the system of insurance.
2.2 Nhiệm vụ chính - Key tasks
2.2.1 Revenue management
- Manage revenue for hospitals and clinics.
- Check the HIS (hospital information system) and make reports based on it every day. If there are any problems, the cause of the problems should be reported.
2.2.2 Management of uncollected revenue (it means patients don't pay for service)
- Consider and implement measurements to reduce uncollected revenue.
- Management and collection of uncollected sales from patients.
2.2.3 Understanding and adaptation of social insurance regulation
- Manage revenue from social health insurance (BHYT).
- Understand the medical insurance system in Vietnam and deal with the changes of the system.
- Measurements to reduce the rejection from medical insurance entity
2.2.4 Education and training for subordinate employees
- Educate and train above – mentioned three points to the employees.

3.1 Các khoa, phòng liên quan - Related Internal departments
- All medical and non-medical teams

- Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members
- Ability to multitask
- Have good temperate to handle disputes and emergencies
- Fluent in English
