Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for achieving the sales target placed by the company.
- Build and maintain good relationship with dealer key person.
- Develop a weekly and monthly work plan (PLM) & Sales plan.
- Make regular work visit or business trips.
- Make analysis of the development of dealers, customers or markets on a weekly of monthly .
- Conduct sales training for the dealers.
- Open new sales network
- Responsible for promotional activities or other marketing activities aimed at increasing dealer sales.
- Regularly control dealer stock units to enhance trade maner.
- Cooperate with dealers in displaying the unit property and perfectly.
- Follow and achieve KPI.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Computer skill: Word, Excel, PP.
- English: Good communication.
- Other skill: Negotiation, Communication, Interpersonal skill.
- Major: Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Marketing
- Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in motorcycles/ motors/ bicycles business.
- Understand the distribution channel.
- Other requirements: Extroverted personality. Ability to communicate fluently, especially in English; Ability. to work independently, high initiative in work; Ability to capture information, synthesize and analyze information well.
- English: Good communication.
- Other skill: Negotiation, Communication, Interpersonal skill.
- Major: Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Marketing
