***General Purpose of the Position:
Taking care and responsible to support Sales manager for Sales management
***Job Responsibilities/duties:
• Collaborates with Customer, PPIC, other teams as development, sample, QC to ensure the info about the order’s receiving and delivery
• Support to check the whole ETDs from PPIC to customer
• Follow up the arranged ETD of the whole projects, check and communicate when needed
• Support to check and track the delivery plan with PPIC to ensure the delivery time
• Update and check the whole needed data in the system (ERP system)
• Follow up and pushing payment
• Coordinate with customer, DEV to solve any problem happen as claim, delivery time, quality, explanation
• Check and track the FG non-moving stock list
• Control the import/export process
• Responsible to support

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Self-confident and working independently
• Experience in sales processing
• Working experience at shoe factory and footwear production is a plus
• Export/Import experience is a plus
• ERP and sport branch communication knowledge
• Business college/university
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Office computer skills and fluent in English
• Management skill (Lean basic is a plus).
