* Market research:
+ Identify customers and customer characteristics: study the strengths of each travel company and agent, especially master the main customers of travel companies and agents.
+ Identify tourism companies and target agents of INDIGO.
+ Sale analysis report and appropriate price policy.
+ Develop and implement promotion and promotion programs.
Competitors Research:
+ Study price policy, promotions of rival customers, ensure INDIGO has appropriate and timely policies. Regularly update OAL rates database system.
+ Determine the opponent's strengths and weaknesses.
+ Market report and competition
* Build up distribution channels:
+ Building relationships with customers: maintaining good relationships with travel companies and agents (manager and ticket staff), ensuring travel companies and agents give priority to selling INDIGO products to customers line.
+ Develop INDIGO market through different sales channels for each different market segment.
Ensuring sales revenue and operating selling activities:
+ Coordinate, implement requests and jobs from IndiGo.
+ Responsible for group sales revenue.
+ Arrange, organize and divide work for group members.
+ Coordinate with the line manager to develop marketing and advertising plans on a monthly and yearly basis to achieve the set revenue.
+ Ensure smooth information to customers.
+ Analyzing and evaluating the sale results of the travel agency system and agents on a monthly / quarterly and yearly basis. Formulate policies to reward, encourage and facilitate maximum revenue growth.
+ Solve difficulties in the sales process.
+ Operating sales activities of sales and ticket offices.
+ Prepare weekly reports for sale manager
