Mô tả công việc
MT:
• In-charge of sales for MT channel. Responsible to open new account and follow up sales and merchandise at current account to achieve the sales target.
• Administrative support to the manager
• Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels in management and in-store
• Ensure merchandising and display standards are met and exceeded
• Visit outlets daily to check store compliance and brand visibility
• Report to manager monthly sales/follow up expenses of each account trading term/budget
• Ad hoc required from management.
TT:
- Supervising & Being responsible for the sales volume
- Making sales plan for the area to grow distribution and range across the managed account base
- Planning sales channel, allocating areas for sales executive members
- Maintain the good relationships with TT customers including sub-distributors and retailers
- Ensuring execution / performance / compliance in contracts and deals with customers
- Ensuring monthly & weekly reports are completed correctly & by timeline as requested
- Ad-hoc as requested by management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduate in marketing or business from an international university course
• High level of English written and spoken
• Open to first jobbers/ graduates although 1-2 years in a sales role in FMCG or baby milk powder would be an advantage
• Work experience would be an advantage
• Passion. A sense of humor. Outgoing. Team oriented.
