You will be in charge of sales team in Can Tho office.
Your role is to direct sales team to achieve target through activities such as finding new customers and approaching existing customers to become ALBION fan (who would return back to purchase ALBION cosmetics).
Make sales forecast of Can Tho sales team every month to secure appropriate inventory stocks.
Approach organizations such as company and public community to hold skin care seminar to introduce ALBION cosmetics.
Launch event for existing customers who already bought ALBION cosmetics in the past and introduce new cosmetics to improve their skin condition.
Create viral spreading of the brand and open market in the region.
Routinely report back to Sales Director about branch sales progress during the month and closing of the month.
Recruit and find new sales members to join the branch to further expand and penetrate the brand in the market.

1. Strong management skills
2. Communication skills – written and verbal in English and Vietnamese
3. Strong Presentation skills
4. Commercially savvy/ good negotiator
5. Experience in sales of cosmetics environment would be highly desirable
6. Highly organized with prioritization skills
7. Entrepreneurship and flexibility
