Sales Supervisor ( 10 Persons )

- Achieve sales target set by management.
- Conduct sales planning and follow up in line with company sales targets, objectives and strategies.
- Close follow-up with potential and existing customers to maintain, grow and secure more business.
- Work closely with other departments within the company, e.g. sea/air operations and accounting to provide a satisfying service to our customers.
- Regular updates of market intelligence, quotations, presentations, concepts, etc.
- Focus on the market at Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong, Bien Hoa, Nhon Trach - Dong Nai and Ba Ria Vung Tau provinces.
- Handle customer's inquiries and provide service after sales.
- Regular meeting customers to understand business requirements and address those needs by all means.
- Strictly follow company guidelines and policies.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Have good knowledge of shipping, import and export
- University graduated in Maritime, Foreign Trade, Business Administration and Economic, Sea Transport Economics...
- At least 6 months as Senior Sales or Sales Supervisor, BDE
- Experiences in Freight/ Logistics industry.
- Good skill of communication, negotiation, trouble-shooting, customer service…
- Good at computer skill: using internal system & other (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint..)
- Business English communication: speaking and writing fluently
- Ability to observe, analyze & solve problem
- To be able to work in independence
- Team work and hard working
