Position Summary:
The Sales Specialist's main focus will be selling LOTTE Data Communication’s Solution to acquire new customers in the Vietnam and grow generating revenue with projects and sustainable service to enable growth by increasing customer base rapidly. Using his/her network and experience while increasing sales to existing customers with cross/up sell and ongoing services such as maintenance service.
The ideal candidate must have a strong consultative solution sales background and be capable of selling directly to customers in conjunction with channel partner and resellers.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive direct sales and indirect sales for software solutions and devices such as AP, Retails Solution, Warehouse Solution, E. Business, Smart Factory, POS…etc. and working with development Team of LOTTE Data Communication Team in Korea
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets of Solution and Services.
• Manage and close sales opportunities through accurate forecasting, account and opportunity planning, account resource allocation and opportunity management.
• Establish and maintain key account and channel partner relationships.
• Explain services and software solution value proposition to prospective customers, collect customer’s needs.
• Prepare tender document; make quotation, contract and sales report.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement (including costs, delivery dates, scope of services) and closing sales.
• Prepare for client demos; work with delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, technology solution option, and recommendations in addition to price estimates.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional manner with technology vendors, end users, management and others outside the organization

Qualification / Experience required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience and proven record in selling direct and through/with channel partners in Enterprise IT Solution.
• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• GOOD at Korean Language is option
• GOOD at using MS
• Strong knowledge in IT enterprise terminology (i.e., AP, Retails Solution, Warehouse Solution, E. Business, Smart Factory, IT Devides...).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (leads, quotes, opportunities).
• Log sales activity and update lead status. Provide predictable and precise sales forecasts.
