Sales Specialist – Animal Feed ( Nhân Viên Kinh Doanh )

We're hiring a Sales Specialist to our sales team! This position will work in the HCMC, markets and represents an excellent chance to work with Proteina Vietnam business team to help increase feed sales. You'll also assist customers in achieving improved production/profitability in their dairy operations using Proteina Vietnam’s imported product. This role will focus on increasing market share along with knowledge of animal nutrition.

• Development of key routes to market across all feeding sectors, developing farm, miller and manufacturer opportunities
• Responsible for Animal Feeds sales activities
• Development of new product offerings to all target clients, ensure full completion of sales
• Provide, explain and lead customers and prospects to an understanding of Proteina VN’s imported product value proposition
• Manage all aspects of trading, including developing new markets and new accounts
• Develop good relationships with existing customers, key suppliers and agents and build rapport with potential customers
• Significant prospecting new accounts
• Develop long, medium and short term action and account plans to achieve sale targets
• Regularly inform and update to direct manager on market trends and business progress
• Work effective with an established team of trade operations staff who are responsible for coordinating, shipping and supply chain logistics

I. Xây dựng hệ thống khách hàng
1. Hiểu rõ về các đặc tính các sản phẩm của công ty, cách đánh giá cảm quan sản phẩm theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
2. Tìm kiếm khách hàng. Tiếp cận, khai thác thông tin khách hàng trong khu vực và làm báo cáo gửi BLĐ công ty.
3. Gặp gỡ, trao đổi, tư vấn và giới thiệu các sản phẩm của công ty với khách hàng
4. Đánh giá, cập nhật nhu cầu và phản hồi của khách hàng về sản phẩm của mình và các đối thủ cạnh tranh .

II. Thực hiện đơn hàng, hợp đồng.
1. Nắm được quy trình làm việc, chức năng, nhiệm vụ của các bộ phận liên quan trong công ty.
2. Chốt các thông tin về hợp đồng với khách hàng.
3. Báo cáo kế hoạch giao hàng của khách hàng cho từng tuần, từng tháng cho bộ phận kế hoạch và Ban Giám Đốc.
4. Lên kế hoạch giao hàng, cung cấp cho khách hàng, đảm bảo đúng thời gian đã chốt.
5. Xử lý các công việc liên quan trong và sau khi giao hàng.

III. Thu hồi công nợ
Kết hợp cùng bộ phận kế toán để theo dõi và thu hồi công nợ của khách hàng

IV. Chăm sóc khách hàng
1. Thường xuyên liên lạc, tìm hiểu nhu cầu của khách hàng để đảm bảo việc bán hàng đạt kết quả tốt nhất
2. Nghiên cứu, đánh giá thị trường thường xuyên để tham mưu các chiến lược kinh doanh phù hợp nhất.

V. Các công việc khác
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự chỉ đạo của BLĐ công ty

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or business-related field
• Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of dairy industry experience with an animal feed / animal science
• Candidate should have a good understanding of animal nutrition, and nutritional guidelines specific to both young and mature animals
• Successful candidates should be competent to have basic command of animal nutrition in the market, experienced in animal feed industry and strong in sale skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Success in this position requires cold calling, a natural ability for relationship building, public speaking aptitude

Salary
This position candidates will get income from 20,000,000 VND – 200,000,000 VND per month depending on their sales result
