•Achieve business goals
•Promote 3M Medical products to customer at assigned hospital call point, follow up activities KPI
•Achieve sales objectives at assigned accounts
•Be accountable for sales forecast accuracy and sales plan execution
•Gain Market intelligence (competitors, market share)
•Implement marketing, sales strategy
•Make product detailing call daily
•Representing customer needs concerning ongoing product/application development and marketing program development
•Participating as needed in trade shows
•Act as a product specialist or sales service representative

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry, preferably medical devices
- Independently execute assignments.
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills
- Self-motivated and tenacious work attitude
- Should be able to work as a team member
- Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
- Committed to consistently meet and exceed sales target
