Mô tả công việc
Job Category: B2B, European/US Destination Tour Sales
1. With fully understanding of European/US travel, make itinerary plans and quotations, negotiate with clients to reach contracts, track the process to make sure the tour goes smoothly; Prepare invoice, help the payment to be made on time. Complete the related documents.
2. Account management. Dealing with client's needs and complaints, seeking for potential customers, developing customer resources and relationships.
3. Presenting revenue and cost reports and forecasts to the Sales Director.
4. Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
5. Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of junior staff.
6. System construction. Conveying and implementing rules and regulations of the company, helping to improve the Business Management, Admin & HR workflow.
7. Ad-hoc assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
1. Bachelor + degree in Tourism, Marketing, or related.
2. 1+ year experience in tourism, or related fields, senior managers are preferred.
3. Familiar with Vietnamese outbound tourism industry, good agency connections.
4. Proven sales ability from plan to close.
5. Ability to work in international environment, mindset of problem-solving, team work spirit, sense of responsibility
6. English as a must;
