Mô tả công việc
- The Sales Executive is responsible for the execution relating to sales and partnerships to robust the business development of the organization.
- This position shall make a report to the Director on a daily and weekly schedule respectively.
- The successful Sales/Account manager shall carry out tasks relating to Sales sections as followings:
- Identify and evaluate new customers and partnerships opportunities through direct prospecting, networking within the industry (conference, seminar, exhibition, etc.) and in any other related sources
- Demonstrate and present company’s products and services as well as portfolio
- Follow up on opportunity with estimate/proposal and clarify requirements
- Negotiate and close deal with prospect
- Manage customer database with CRM applications
- Sales with some solution: chatbot, CRM, RPA, Cloud Services
- Conduct surveys, collect feedbacks from clients and partners to improve products and services quality
- Track all business development activities, analyze progress continuously and suggest new strategies based on research
- Take responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving the process compliance of each corresponding department
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent business certificates.
- English certificates (TOEIC from 600, TOEFL iBT from 64 , IELTS from 5.0 or any similar certificates)
- An understanding of business development, software services industry is preferable.
- Skill of using lead generation tools (e.g. LinkedIn) is preferable.
- Proficiency with using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent at written and verbal communications skills in Vietnamese and English
- Experience with using CRM software to track and analyze sales metrics
- Strong interpersonal skills (interaction, negotiation, networking, etc.)
