Mô tả công việc
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customers
- Commodity: agricultural products (Bean, cashew nuts, corn, fruits,…)
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and
potential for new products and services.
- Research and collect information about market trends related to agriculture products and agribusiness
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Report to Line Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2-4 years experiences, especially in agriculture products
- Honest, hard-working and responsible
- Be able to work under pressure and positive attitude to overcome obstacles in work.
- Be ready to travel for business trip if requested
- Competent at MS Office, Internet,...
- English communication is a MUST
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent about Business Administration, Marketing, International trading,...

- Working time: 8 hours/ days, 5 days/ week (can be flexible based on duty in work)

- Annual Bonus: 1-6 months salary depend on performance
