Mô tả công việc
- Create list of sales leads and select the potential venues suitable for our product
- Visit the venue or call to set up a meeting with the decision maker.
- Do the beer tasting session with the decision maker. Have them to reveal sales objectives and overcome those objectives to close the deal.
- Record all information: price range, beers that they are selling, contacts, summarize result of the visit into our system. Visit at least 10 venues each week and attend weekly accountable sales meeting to summarize those visits.
- Taking care of the new and existing customers in the area you are in charge, visiting venues, checking beer quality, availability of POSMs. Also making sure that our products are being served correctly and presented nicely. To visit all accounts in the territory at least 1 time per month.
- Achieve 10% revenue growth (from previous 4 months average) and 4 new venues each month.
- Follow current process and build up better process
- Prepare and arrange the company’s apperance at events in the territory.
- Propose the new and interesting ideas for the customers to promote our product such as special promotion, event...ETC
- Give the line cleaning for the customers who has the kegerator and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Take other tasks assigned by reporting manager. Being able to be in communication 9am to 11pm/7 days per week

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing, Law, Finance, Operation
- Proven track record in previous jobs in revenue number, accounts opened, percentage of growth over a specific period of time in his/her CV.
- Was working for a firm with monthly revenue from 1 billion VND up.
- Systematic and structured to understand systems and processes
- Ability to work hard and can work under minimum supervision
- Personal and professional integrity of the highest order
- Build up good cooperation with internal departments
- Dynamic personality with good ability to interact with different people and levels.
- Effective verbal and written communicator
- Proven track record in previous jobs in revenue number, accounts opened, percentage of growth over a specific period of time in his/her CV.
