Mô tả công việc
1. Customer Service
• Manage incoming calls at front desk, mail receipts, receipt/ transmission of faxes
• Receive all previewers in a friendly, courteous and pleasant manner
• Provide enrollment information to customers
• Advise and enroll customers in appropriate class for trial class
• Provide courteous and professional service, respond in an accurate and timely manner to all enrollment enquiries
• Responsible for customer management system
• Responsible for reporting and managing members database
2. Sales
• Responsible for assigned segment(s) and target
• Sell enrollment, merchandise, birthday parties and special events to new customers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Working Condition:
-9AM ~ 6PM a day
-Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday working, 5 days a week
