The Role
• Understand the business and needs of the Sales network
The Requirements
• To create and oversees team of Sales back office:
- People management / workforce
+ Schedule, attendance, Salesroom, absence process
+ Attrition, employee status
+ Disciplinary process
+ Etc..
- Administration team
+ Marketing materials support
+ Courier services, cash advances
+ Etc..
- Communication team
+ Internal communication within Sales organization
+ External communication form Sales to other departments
+ Communication team
+ Etc..
- POS opening team
+ Processing of the POS opening on time
+ Document checking
+ Setting of rules
+ Etc..
• Provides assistance and support to Sales network and other Sales Team in problem solving, project planning and management, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives
• Maintain all processes within the Sales department (process documentation / process map)
• Support the front-end business within set KPI’s for each defined area
• Proposals for improvements in Sales back end management (process improvements, optimization, streamlining, cost saving)
• Set SLA/KPI’s for each back-end process
• Prepares & Liquidates Cash Advances
Report to: Head of Sales
Cooperate with: Sales Network, Risk & Collections, Operations, Technology, HR, Finance/Legal, BD & MKT

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Age 22-35 y/o
• Graduate of any 5-year course, bachelor’s Degree will be preferred
• 1 year or more related experience
• Strong interpersonal and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Process management skills
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Highly organized and flexible
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
• Skills in the use of database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and/or presentation software
• Drive and initiative, self-motivated, results and actions oriented
• Responsible and committed
• Solving problems positively
• Sociable, friendly
