Sales Operation Manager

Planning (1/3)
• Improve sales team callage and route planning
• Attending and supporting development of key account event & promotional planning
• Create and manage sales event & promotion planning calendars

Execution (1/3)
• Reinforce executional standards for various accounts by channel with sales team
• Ensure field execution and activity standards are met and exceeded
• Execute brand and execution responsibilities by sales rep and channel

Training & Development (1/3)
• Identify development areas for sales team and training requirements
• In-field coaching & development
• Recruitment and team coverage
Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

What success looks like:
• Event and promotional calendar by channel
• Marketing and investment plan by key account
• Perfect execution of promotions, brand initiatives and deals across the team
• Improved callage and growth of portfolio ranging and distribution

• 3+ years experience in as a Sales Manager in TT, MT & On Trade
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry a distinct advantage
• High level of English written and spoken including presentation skills
• Disciplined, self motivated and pro-active
• A relationship builder
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment- doing anything that’s necessary to get the job done, sometimes even beyond your scope of work
