The main purposes of Sales Operations role are relating to processes, systems and auditing to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of a company’s sales. Be accountable for guidelines and procedures relating to operations, R&R, target setting, sales tools, database, KPIs, DMS operation, sales & RTM/distribution analysis. Cooperate with Sales team and other functions to drive process discipline, data integrity, and operations effectiveness & efficiency in fields.
The role is primarily responsible for but not limited to:
• DMS
- Support and/or train daily sales plan/route to salesforces.
- Support DMS operation by co-ordinating with suppliers to solve issue (if any)
• Route to Market
- Support Reach the Right Store (RRS).
- Analyse and propose solution for under-performed route.
• Distributors
- Support in selecting, opening, evaluating, retention, closing… distributors according to Fonterra assessment framework.
- Co-ordinate with Health & Safety team, Food Safety Quality team to run distributors’ warehouse audit.
• Auditing
- Physical check/audit distributor inventory & in-charge of inventory re-conciliation.
- Engage with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Sales Supervisor (SS) to ensure discipline in deploying sales process and data integrity.
- Verify data in DMS system.

To be considered for this role you should possess:
• Background in General Trade Sales management, data process and management
• 1-2 years of working experiences in FMCG companies
• Reporting and analysis skillsets
• Good communication skills
• Be able for business travel (within Vietnam)
