Mô tả công việc
1. Managing the content for all sales online channel.
2. Help develop and implement strategic sales online plans.
3. Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
4. Playing a role as a product guidance counsellor as well as respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested (Stay current with customer needs, competition, and industry trends)
5. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines
6. Responsible for assisting with sales/marketing and advertising campaigns

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Fresh Graduated or having experience from 1 to 3 years/ Bachelor qualified.
2. Have experience in shopping skill, sale online and E-Commerce business like Lazada, Tiki, Sendo etc.
3. Good at English, know Chinese (writing & speaking) is a plus.
4. Willing to work a long time.
5. Others: Communication, Negotiation, Problem-solving, team player and hard working.
