Mô tả công việc
1. Patrol the Mall to check tenant’s operation and closely work with tenants for smooth operation.
2. Analyze daily sales of tenants to figure out good and bad points. Meeting with store managers to discuss about product display, staff's performance, cooperated events if any.
3. Meeting with store owners to enhance relationship and push sales.
4. Acknowledge customer complaints and discuss with Store Managers to find proper solutions.
5. Marketing support:
- Tenant’s promotion: receive promotion from tenants and support them to advertise.
- Aeon Mall campaign: send campaign proposal to tenant and persuade tenant join it.
- Closely work with Marketing for increasing numbers of customers and sales volume.
6. Leasing support:
- Lease storage, billboard, in-out plan of tenants
- Work with new tenants to guide them all steps to run business at AEONMALL
7. Prepare sales report and meeting handling for Tenants
8. Other task as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree, any fields
2. Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
3. 1 - 2 years working experience is preferred (Fresher can be trained)
4. Willing to work in shift: shift A 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, shift C 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm (1-2 night shift per week with pay rate according to Vietnam Labor Law and 80.000 VND allowance per shift)
5. Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Be careful & accurate, good team-work and communication skills.
