Mô tả công việc
1/ Garment experience in Ladies Top /Blouses /Dress- High Fashion – For Europe and USA –Woven and Knit prefer
2/ Need to have experience in Garment wash programmers as well
3/ Need to work in pressure
4/ Developing new business every season through product developments with customer,
5/ Should be able to communicate and follow up daily with Customer, fabric team for arranging developments and bulk production approvals on time to meet TNA schedule
6/ Should be able to communicate and follow up with Trims suppliers in development and bulk trims booking with them to meet TNA schedule
7/ Responsible for Costing /Purchasing and Over all bulk execution
8/ Maintaining TNA on time to meet delivery in right quality/ Quantity /cost /Time
9/ Reporting to Merchandising Manager directly.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1/ Bachelor's degree in textile, merchandising, supply chain management or related discipline
2/ At least 5 years’ experience in garment production merchandising.
3/ Garment FOB merchandising experience are preferable too.
4/ A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
5/ Strong planning and negotiation skills including the ability to influence at all levels
6/ Strong problem solving and analytical skill
7/ Excellent communication and presentation skills
8/ Good written & spoken English
9/ Willing to work under pressure.

Our factory is located in Phu An Village, Truc Ninh District of Nam Dinh Province, approximately 120km from the city center of Vietnamese Capital, Hanoi, in May 2015. Nam Dinh province is considered as the textile capital of Vietnam, and has a history in traditional textile making to support it. The project broke ground in October 2015, with the support of local consulting firm, BDG – and was ready for its grand opening on July 6, 2016. The facility was designed by JG Consulting Hong Kong, with the highest compliance and safety standards in mind – as well as having a strong focus on lean manufacturing. The main product category is focused on Ladies Knit and Woven tops and dresses, and we have plans in the pipeline to add embroidery, printing and washing lines on unutilized land we still have available.
