Sales & Marketing, Market Research Assistant Manager/ Manager

1. This position is expected to properly understand condominium market, sales and marketing process in condominium project and report effective analysis internally.

2. Collect information from several sources, analyze condominium market and then effectively report the analysis internally

3. Visit sales galleries for major condominium project by other developers, talk with sales agents to collect information, analyze the product and report the situation internally

4. Visit development sites for major condominium future project by other developers and report the situation internally

5. Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings, take meeting minutes and translate documents from Vietnamese to English

6. Other relevant tasks on request

1. University graduate

2. Experience: 4 - 8 years

3 .Knowledge and experience in sales process and marketing activities (advertisement etc.) in condominium project

4. Experience of actual sales in condominium project(preferable)

5. Ability to collect information from several sources, analyze condominium market and then effectively report the analysis internally.

6. Knowledge about customers’ preference and action, such as loan and sales before delivery

7. Highly proficient in spoken and written English

8. PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

9. Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas

10. Business trip to Hanoi

1. Salary: 1000 $- 1800 $
