Mô tả công việc
Sales:
• Schedule appointments on a weekly basis and visit existing customers to review product needs / determine other opportunities;
• Provide product quotes as required ;
• Conduct telesales calls;
• Open new sales accounts;
• Continuously update customers on product modifications and new products;
• Provide after sales services and solutions to customers’ problems;
• Liaise between customers and the company on pricing schemes and new product release launches;
• Prepare sales reports and keep expense accounts;
• Perform maintenance / update of customers’ accounts / database including contact names for future sales;
• Keep up-to-date on Company’s new products, services, procedures and tools ;
• Review his / her own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed targets set by Centre Director and Executive Director / CEO;
Marketing / Digital Media:
• Conduct marketing activities to advertise for the Company’s product and services
• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
• Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
• Manage end-to-end digital projects
• Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
• Liaise with other teams to ensure brand consistency
• Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
• Monitor return on investments for digital media advertisements
• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
The 02 Executives will base in Hanoi.

• Bachelor degree
• Enthusiastic, creative
• Good at interpersonal skills, communication, persuasion and problem solving
• 2-3 years related experience
• Intermediate expert with Microsoft Office
• Good communication in English
• None experienced candidate will be considered for junior level if found suitable for the position
