What's your role?
We are looking for an experienced sales leader to be the driving force of expanding our customer base. You have a commercial DNA and enjoy networking, travelling, attending fairs and exhibitions. You work in a project-oriented business so strong customer focus is essential. You also have technical affinity and skills to become an expert in solutions for the dust extraction and ventilation business. You are responsible for all Vietnamese sales (local and international clients), manage a small sales team and report to the Vietnamese country manager. You visit clients, make offers (in cooperation with the technical team in Vietnam and Europe) and follow up.
Responsibilities
• You acquire new customers by approaching them using your network, online channels, fairs, networking events… You build and maintain relations with them
• You manage and coach a small sales team and set KPI’s
• You anticipate and identify opportunities and changes within the marketplace
• You contribute to the sales strategy in cooperation with the group management, you develop and meet a yearly sales plan and targets
• You report sales results on Group level
• You develop a strong technical know-how in solutions for the dust extraction and ventilation business
• You visit customers and are responsible for a correct translation of the customer projects specifications (RFQ) into an offer

Profile
- Education: A technical or business related Bachelor’s degree (University of Science and Technology, National Economics
University, Foreign Trade University…)
- Competencies: Networking, strong personality, self-starter, independent, - ------ Communication skills, negotiation skills,
strategic thinking, analytical skills, influencing skills, organized
- Knowledge: Affinity with technical products or processes
- Experience: Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in driving and managing the business and revenue of a sales team
- Experience in machinery and equipment or dust extraction is a plus
- Driving license (car)
- Languages: Excellent understanding of English (verbal and writing) is a must
