We are recruiting (04) four Sales Managers for 2 sections separately (Section A - HORECA & Section B - Vocational Training Center). Sales target and commission will be applied and you will be guided and supported by team members from the beginning.
A. SECTION A: Sales for HORECA: Need 3 Sales Managers - HORECA - Wholesales Bán buôn (kitchenware, table accessories, devices, tool or overall solution for hotel, restaurants, bar, clubs, etc.)

Job description:
1. Sales Management
• Develop sales strategic plan in order to achieve the given target
• Execute sales activities and effectively manage sales performance
• Explore new business opportunities through development of partnership with hospitality groups and owners.
2. Planning and Analysis
• Conduct market intelligence including general business practice and competitors to define appropriate sales plan.
• Hold weekly meeting with Horeca sales team to keep tracking on sales volume generated.
• Timely evaluate sales progress
3. Resource Management
• Make daily minimum three sales calls and visit exiting customers monthly.
• Manage and control expenses for business trips according to the company policies and procedures.
• Develop and well manage customers’ database.
• Manage crisis timely and effectively.
4. Report
• Report to Regional Sales Manager about sales performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Provide feedbacks and inputs on market and competitors’ activities to Regional Manager and report new opportunities for improvement and sales growth.
5. HR Management
• Maintain a high level of motivation among sales team through effective team accompaniment.
• Create a teamwork spirit and strongly support the team building at all levels Confidential.
• Commit to keep confidential of company information captured during and after employment such as pricing, costing, source and suppliers, business plans, etc…
6. Teamwork
• Closely work with other members of sales in order that all business plans are well communicated, fully understood and gets their support.
• Collaborate with other departments in order to run and deliver all projects efficiently.
B. SECTION B - Need (01) Sales/Marketing Manager - Quriosity (QU - Vocational Training Center for chefs or who working in kitchen of restaurants, hotel, etc) - Working in Ho Chi Minh
Job description:
1. Student Recruitment for Professional Courses
- To deliver enrolment targets for Q.URIOSITY PROFESSIONAL CHEF SCHOOL through partner agencies, institutions, individual students, sponsors and other recruitment channels
- Implement the Sales & Marketing Plan to ensure student enrolment targets are achieved
- Build strong relationships with partner organisations, agencies and other channels for students’ enrolment
- Responsible for the day-to-day support, servicing, and management of a selected network of recruitment channels which will involve visiting agencies, partners, institutions, sponsors etc.
- Conceptualise, execute and represent in key promotional activities including Open houses, Fairs, Trade exhibitions,
2. Demonstrations Road shows etc.
- Take a pro-active role in leading the follow-up to ensure high application to enrolment conversion rate to SCHOOL programmes and work closely with admissions and academics in achieving this goal
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and colleagues in other departments
- Achieve agreed upon enrolment targets and outcomes within schedule
- Work closely with Student Affair team to proactively solve student issues, if any arise
- Provide training to key staff in partner organisations, agents and counsellors through regular visits and training sessions
- Maintain up to date records of the student recruitment and admissions process
- Submit fortnightly activity reports to the Academic Dean
-Attend management and governance meetings and represent the department as and when required
Establish partnership with industry partners
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business with hospitality organizations in order to get apprenticeship for students.
- Analyse the market’s potential, gather market and customer information
- Reach out to partner leads through cold callings, meetings
- Achieve agreed upon enrolment targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Track sales and status reports, meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Keep abreast of best practices in the industry / sector and promotional trends
- Advise management on forthcoming product developments, promotions etc. and lead ongoing discussions
3. Others
- Support events and activities by Q Industries and various arms
- Report the various issues pertaining to sales, marketing and partnerships to the Management on time
- Be an ambassador for QUPCS
- Ensure alignment to Q Industries / QUPCS brand, vision, mission and values
- Maintain pristine personal grooming, housekeeping standards around work desk and other office premises
- Follow rules and regulations in terms of cyber security and follow good housekeeping practices in office computer and server
- Adhere to the social media policy of Q Industries all the time
- Be able to travel
- Any other duty as assigned by Academy Manager

• Good leadership skills and analyzed mind.
SECTION B: Sales/ Martketing Manager of Qriosity Vocational Training Center
• University Degree or equivalent qualification with minimum 5 years in similar role in education/culinary industry
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Sales orientation
• Excellent communication, presentation and man management skills
• Proven leadership skills and results
• Able to work independently to establish processes, policies and ensure adherence.
• Comfortable in pioneering work.
• College degree, major in hospitality or marketing is preferable.
