Calling all sales experts! Opportunity for talented and passionate individuals to join Vietnam’s No.1 Classifieds site – Chotot. The position is opening for Ho Chi Minh candidate. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a sales role and a good customer service background so that they are confident and professional. The Sales will be responsible for finding business opportunities and building customer relationships through building up trust and satisfaction by meeting client needs. These client relationships will have the potential to be long-term profitable exchanges; therefore this person will be professional and like-able.
Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sell Chotot services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifiy product improvements or new products by remaining current on client needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Work with vendors (Tele sales/ Field sales team) to ensure Sale operation efficiency.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2-3 years’ experience in a sales role or similar is essential to the role
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- A professional individual that has good customer service knowledge
- Dedicated and enthusiastic towards work
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Good communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of technology
- Knowledge of Car and Motorbike market, sales and negotiating principles would be advantageous
- Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office programs
- Strong command of English and Vietnamese language
- Reliable, dependable & committed to doing the best job you can
- A great team player
