Sales Manager (Telesales)

Trusting Social is looking for a Sales Manager for Telesales Team.

What you will do :
Direct a business division, including Telesales, Courrier and Back Officer as Telesales contact customers via telephone and other channels to make an appointment for the collection, process documentation in an appropriate manner
Interact with business partners daily to ensure sales is operated at its best
Oversees the whole process
Lead team, recruit and train Team Leader, and provide them with documented quality standards as guidelines for their day-to-day work
Analyze the data to reco

What you should have :
Understand deeply the macro and micro business of Unsecured Lending and Credit Card in Retail Banking or Consumer Finance
Previous minimum 2-year experience in coordinating a sizable sales division of a minimum of 100 people
Minimum 5 years experienced in Retail Banking or Consumer Finance
Well developed people management and project management skills
Exhibit good marketing skills to make high sales
Excellent presentation skills as well as good and familiar with formula in excel and google sheet
Good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members.
College degree
